He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car, and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. His honesty and transparency really stood out to me. I felt comfortable knowing that he was looking out for my best interests, being very helpful and patient in explaining all the features of the car, and never rushed me even though I had a lot of questions. He was able to find the perfect car for my needs and budget.
I would like to thank Bob for his hard work and tell him that I appreciate your time and expertise. Having learned that Bob has over 35 years at White Plains Honda, I think that he is more than a stellar salesman, he is truly its institutional memory!
