It is a pleasure just to visit and talk to any of the staff if you want to learn about Porsches, are trying to decide if a Porsche is for you, or want to buy one. I am certain you will get honest answers to your questions. The first time I visited Walter's to test drive a 911 Carrera, I went in unshaven, wearing Levis, and with tattered shoes. In spite of my appearance, I was treated with great respect and got a good, competitive deal instead of being rushed out the door as I have been at other dealerships. My wife and I visited Walter's recently to test drive a Cayenne. Yes, the Carrera made her a Porsche fan too. This time I was known to the staff because I like to hang around and talk while my car is being serviced. While the patient and knowledgeable brand ambassador, Bob McDonald, was working to get a Cayenne configuration that is best for us, the Porsche dealership general manager, Ed McRae walked in to greet us and chat. When I mentioned I was considering switching my Carrera for the new 2016 twin turbo version, Ed realized what I was looking for and asked for "IT" to be brought around. "IT" was a 2014 911 Turbo (not a Carrera) that we took for a test drive, and when Ed offered a great deal, I took it home the next day after a painless paperwork session with Walter's Porsche finance manager, Filomena Powers. She is an enthusiast, and can talk Porsche also. The Turbo is not for everybody, but Ed understood what I would like. I really love that car. Walter's is Dealer Rater's 2015 dealer of the year in customer service nationally and three years in a row in California. Believe it. There are dealers closer, but I won't even consider going anywhere else. More

Jay was also very friendly and low pressure. When I said "no thanks" he didn't bat an eye and try to convince me otherwise or make me feel like I was making a mistake. I have a pretty good sense of BS, and they didn't come close. Of course, they are selling Porsches! More

Bob in sales was very attentive, answered all my questions and found exactly what I was looking for. He followed up almost daily as the car was on the way. And Filomena in finance was simply a delight to work with. She explained everything extremely well and made the process simple and quick. After the purchase she followed up on many occasions just to ensure all my expectations were met. And they were, without a doubt. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was to work with.
