Bob is one of our Brand Ambassadors here at Walter's Porsche and a good one at that! That is why he stays so busy here at work but when he slips out the door for some down time he enjoys playing Ocean Sports, golfing, shooting, music and his grand kids. In fact, Bob has a home recording studio and says he spent the first 25 years of his life playing music and fooling with cars. Given a choice of vacation spots to watch a Arizona Sun Devils game, Bob would choose to return to Hawaii where he lived for twelve years but says any tropical getaway will suffice. The staff are friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Everybody works together to achieve one goal—a satisfied customer. Giovanni Bucci and Bob McDonald, our sales professionals, went out of their way to ensure we were informed and pleased with each phase of the buying experience. For instance, we requested an additional item for our vehicle that was not in stock. Giovanni and Bob took the initiative by having that item expedited to our home. What’s more, we got a great deal on our new Cayman! Pete Laban, the Senior Sales Manager, gave us top dollar for our trade. The whole experience was a pleasure thanks to Giovanni, Bob, and Pete. The car, the economics, and the experience are top notch! I wanted to note how pleased I am with the overall experience with Bob McDonald and the Walter's Porsche team. In thinking back, this is now the 3rd C I wanted to note how pleased I am with the overall experience with Bob McDonald and the Walter's Porsche team. In thinking back, this is now the 3rd Carrera I've owned and the 7th Porsche including the 2013 Cayenne GTS (which we also got from Walter's) that my wife drives every day. I've got to say that this 911 is an amazing vehicle. Fun. Very tight and in touch with the road. Great exhaust sound (love the sport exhaust). Just a thrill to drive. Coming out of my Maserati Gran Turismo (which I also love), this represents a whole new driving experience. I am really very impressed. Bob worked with his finance team to make the economics on this car too good to pass up. And, we expect to come back to him when the lease on the Cayenne GTS is up for our 8th Porsche. More

Financing was quick and McDonald made the whole transaction a pleasant and hassle free experience. I recommend this facility to anyone looking to purchase a Porsche, Mercedes or Audi. It should be noted that I leased a Mercedes E350 from Walter's several years ago and the experience was relatively the same. The service department was outstanding. More
