Dealers) but Bob assisted me in selecting options, kept me informed of when my car was built (I ordered it) and when I could expect delivery. Once it arrived, Bob spent about two hours going over the car with me. If you're looking at buying a Porsche, you won't find a more knowledgeable and helpful salesperson than Bob McDonald. More

In my search to buy a 2013 911S, I contacted via e-mail 6 dealers in the Southern California area and asked if they would submit an offer for the car and options as I had listed. Many of the dealers respond dealers in the Southern California area and asked if they would submit an offer for the car and options as I had listed. Many of the dealers responded that they don't do business via e-mail. I explained that I had a very busy work schedule and needed to narrow down the list of dealers that were willing to work with me. One dealer told me that I was located in their "Area of Responsibility" and that I had to buy from them. Another dealer told me to go and knock myself out and get my best deal and then come in and sit down and they would let me know if they would match the deal. Kevin Smith at Walter's replied to me and said that he appreciated my limited time and that he would be happy to work with me via e-mail. He quickly priced out the car and gave me the price which he would sell me the car. No other dealer came close in price and matched his professionalism. I called him to set an appointment to come in and get my order entered. Kevin was very helpful in assisting me configure the optiions to better meet my needs. Kevin then kept me posted via e-mail as to the build progress and notified me when it shipped from Germany. Upon its arrival, Bob McDonald e-mailed me to to set up the delivery. Bob was very proficient and knowledgeable. In no time, I was driving my new 911S home. Walter's is about 35 miles from my office. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about a new Porsche, check these guys out. I have bought many cars through the years and many performance weekend cars. This was one of the easiest deals. More

I have purchased two Porsches from this dealership in the last few years and will say that it has been the best overall experience I have had with any dealership over the past 40 years. From the "non pressure" sales rep to the service department, I have had exceptional experience. There is no "xx" from the sale rep and you get what youpay for. Justin Usary from the Service Department is a master at customer service. He is always friendly, helpful, resourceful and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a positive experience. I never thought I would have such words to say about a dealership but the staff has earned my respect and business. I dealt with Walter's Audi in the past and have to admit, the overall customer service was exceptional. There is no doubt that the Walter's family cares about their customers, regardless if you deal with Mercedes, Audi or Porsche. Nonetheless, Justin Usary is by far the leader in customer service.
