I made a huge error in purchasing a vehicle, without test-driving it, because on that day I was experiencing a great deal of back pain. I soon realized that this vehicle was very uncomfortable because of my physical problem. Mr. McGivney went to great lengths to resolve this issue for me to my complete satisfaction.
