They didn't beat me up too much with my trade in Mustang, gave a good discount on the Shelby. After the sale is what set Bob above the others. He helped do the leg work to ensure this car would have everything, from extra air filters, a COMPLETE Ford Performance manual and the dealership even tracked down an owners supplement complete with the flat plan crank model. It came from another state, arrived when promised and our purchase experience was completed within a couple of hours. We received a crash course on the vehicle and electronics and drove home. There was a crack in some molding which no one noticed on purchase day. But when notified, F of L promptly ordered the piece and scheduled the repair. We had great experience at F of L when we purchased vehicles there before which is why we returned to make this purchase. Excellent! More
