Requested an online quote and literally minutes later I received an email response and moments later, a phone call. They were up front about the fact that the calendar year would end within a couple days a received an email response and moments later, a phone call. They were up front about the fact that the calendar year would end within a couple days and my first available date to visit would actually be a new year. They wanted me to understand that Ford Motor Company may not be offering every one of the discounts or incentives that were part of their quote. In the end we were able to come to a deal that was fair and included them giving me a bit more for my trade than they might have been completely comfortable with. More

That was until I decided to give Ford of Londonderry a shot. I looked up the new inventory online on a Friday night and found 2 vehicles that interested me. I sent the request for more information at 8:30 PM and by 8:30 the next morning Terry from the online division sent me everything I needed. we emailed back and forth that morning and decided to set up an appointment to look at the car. I arrived and Terry introduced me to Bob Morissette. Bob was on the ball with getting the keys for the vehicle and offering a test drive. I more wanted to just look at the car, since it was the same model as my last (just newer) so I knew how it drove. Having to deal with an insurance company for the payoff on my old vehicle was a pain, but Bob & Roger Tallini (and Terry Wendorf) made the entire process painless. I am proud to say the Ford of Londonderry is my dealer of choice in the area. They know how to treat a customer. More

Good team. Great experience. Very professional team. Great follow through. Easy to work with and Roger got us approved for financing at a great rate. Mitch was our sales guy. No stress purchase experience I began my search for a new Ford Explorer on the Ford of Londonderry website and found the perfect Explorer for my wife. The description of the vehicl I began my search for a new Ford Explorer on the Ford of Londonderry website and found the perfect Explorer for my wife. The description of the vehicle and the color was so exact that my wife and I was amazed. The internet representative (Terry) responded to my request for a quote within minutes. Terry included all the Ford incentives and discounts I was eligible for as well as an estimated value for our trade. Her final internet estimate was within $500.00 of our final acceptance for purchase. Terry set up an appointment via internet to meet with a sales person. Upon arrival at the dealer I was greeted by the sales manager which he called the internet representative Terry to meet me and then I was assigned to the sales representative Bob Morissette to close the deal. Bob Morissette was very professional and had all the internet data required to close the deal. The time to close the deal was less than 30 minutes and was extremely painless. Bob made himself available to deliver the Explorer to fit our schedule. At the delivery day Bob synced my wife's cell phone with the new vehicle and spent all the time we needed to go over all the options available in the Explorer. Bob was very patient and very professional. The overall new purchase experience at Ford of Londonderry was stress free, enjoyable and satisfying. More
