No stress purchase experience I began my search for a new Ford Explorer on the Ford of Londonderry website and found the perfect Explorer for my wife. The description of the vehicle and the color was so exact that my wife and I was amazed. The internet representative (Terry) responded to my request for a quote within minutes. Terry included all the Ford incentives and discounts I was eligible for as well as an estimated value for our trade. Her final internet estimate was within $500.00 of our final acceptance for purchase. Terry set up an appointment via internet to meet with a sales person. Upon arrival at the dealer I was greeted by the sales manager which he called the internet representative Terry to meet me and then I was assigned to the sales representative Bob Morissette to close the deal. Bob Morissette was very professional and had all the internet data required to close the deal. The time to close the deal was less than 30 minutes and was extremely painless. Bob made himself available to deliver the Explorer to fit our schedule. At the delivery day Bob synced my wife's cell phone with the new vehicle and spent all the time we needed to go over all the options available in the Explorer.
