This dealership, the people that make it what it is, blow the preconcieved notion that Dealerships and car salesmen are sly and try to rip you off right out of the water! I bought my Highlander there three years ago, in that three years I have been to the dealership several times for car service. The BEST staff ever. I never mind going there and they are so helpful and friendly. And I dont get the impression that they are just 'friendly' because they have to be. They are genuinely nice people. They have gone out of there way to help me many times. When my son's 1989 camry was on its last leg I said lets take it to Toyota for a diagnostic. They pronounced it dead and rightly so. We met with Naeem who was so sweet and reassuring of our situaion. He helped my son purchase his first car from a dealership. We drove out with a 2008 Scion and it was a great experience. Paul Soloman the finance guru there who also did my finance for my highlander, really set us up with an affordable payment plan. Explained all the options and totally took the stress out of financing a car. I have told them there that I dont look for where to buy my next car, I know where... there! Whatever they are doing they need to keep it up, its a great place. More

I had some type of black holes hanging from my car on the right hand side under th tire. I was driving down Colony Rd in Wallingford, CT when I seen a toyota dealer ship and said to myself,let me see if the right hand side under th tire. Bob and Irvin was GREAT,I could not tell them what was hanging nor could I tell them what I hit, I don't remember hitting anything, well Bob being the GREAT (funny) guy that he is , say to make me feel better that's what happend here at toyota parts just fall down on your car (I LOVE HIM) he also said if my husband come by , he would not tell my husband he seen me (SMILE).Anyway to make a long story short, Bob and Irvin are GREAT and as long as you have the two of them working for you , you will always have WONDERFULL RATERING . I go to the dealership in New Haven/Woodbridgewhich which they are wonderful too, but it good to know I can get the same services right here by my job in Wallingford. Greeted with friendly personnel. Loaner car waiting for me. Car fixed to my satisfaction. I could not ask for any better service. I always owned Fords and their service was very good. Sales department was awesome, 5+. Service is terrible. They always provide a half of service ordered by me, justifying it with a lack of time. When I showed up on the weekday afternoon next time, they changed my oil by failed to rotate wheels, saying I need an appointment. Last time I went they put a hefty scratch on my passenger door. Nice work fellows! Service manager seems to be the only reasonable person in this department. I would never send a friend for service over there. More
