New Tundra Purchase I found the truck using their website on Thursday morning. Decided to stop in after work to go for a test drive. CJ was very professional and all of the other employes were both friendly and accommodating. Made arrangements to stop back in Friday morning to drop off my trade-in vehicle and pick up my new truck. They didn't play any games, they kept all of their promises, and made this the best new car buying experience of my life. My wife will be in the market for a new car in a few years and we will definitely be coming back. More

Recently I wor I purchased a new 2005 HIghlander from Toyota of Wallingford 9 years ago, which was always serviced by this dealership (great service). Recently I worked with Elvin to find a new 2014 Highlander. I wanted a specific color in the XLE model with the bench 2nd row seat, so he had to work with other dealers to find the model and color I needed and make a swap. It worked out very well, and Elvin spent a good hour showing me all the features of my car. I know I can come back with any other questions I have and he will be happy to help me out. And the service has always been excellent, flexible, and helpful. So thanks very much - I love the new car! More

I took my 2008 Tacoma in front wheel noise. Thought it I took my 2008 Tacoma in front wheel noise. Thought it was transmission or tires. Casey informed me it was a wheel bearing, and covered under ext. wa I took my 2008 Tacoma in front wheel noise. Thought it was transmission or tires. Casey informed me it was a wheel bearing, and covered under ext. warranty. Turns out it was much more than that. So I told Casey I needed a car and that was covered too. I was seven days without my truck, but Casey called me with an update every day. I work in retail, so I know what it's like to hear people complain and praise for good service. Sometimes it's not easy to make everyone happy. Today I praise the service department of Toyota of Wallingford . I will be back for a car when I am ready, and I will recommend to family and friends. At approximately 9:15 am 4 Sep 2013, while driving, an erratic instrument cluster readout, and transmission hunting , ending with ''check engine" indicator but with the problem having, apparently, otherwi erratic instrument cluster readout, and transmission hunting , ending with ''check engine" indicator but with the problem having, apparently, otherwise resolved itself after 5 miles of further driving, required prompt analysis and correction on my 2012 Tacoma showing 8740 miles. "Laurie" courteously took my call around 10:15 am, and indicated the shop had the capability to look at the problem that day . I dropped off the vehicle at around 10:45 : Mr. Olson was almost immediately able to fit this unplanned visit into the busy shop schedule , had the problem (rodent had gnawed insulation from electrical cables in both rear headlights) pinpointed by your mechanics at around noon, and advised the vehicle would likely be ready around 3:00 pm. I left, and on my return around 4:00pm , the problem had been corrected . Another good customer experience . Thank you all, Charles ingold. More

Today we had our car serviced at Toyota of Wallingford. They are so great with the work they do on your car. Really they are the only dealer I would trust with my car. Their work gives me peace of mind when we are traveling knowing we will be ok on the highway. Besides the work on the car the people in there are the greatest. They always treat you like the first time you came in very outstanding people. If you have a question someoe will get you an answer, from Steve Sr. and Steve Jr. to one of the workers. We have been dealing with this company for years and I have never had a complaint.
