I was looking to get out of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I called the dealership and spoke to Bob and explained what I wanted to do as well as the resources I had available. Bob suggested that I come out to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I arrived on the lot and met Bob, we went for a test drive and I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Bob put me in contact with Chad. Chad was able to secure financing for me which proved to be a challenging endeavor. He set me up with a great rate as well as a great lender (no fly by night operation). I am so very pleased with my overall experience that I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that are i the market for safe and dependable transportation at a very affordable price. I was looking on the Internet for a car for my daughter who was turning 17 soon. I found a car that we both liked and was directed to the website of Auto Direct Cars. I've lived in this area my whole life and never knew or heard about them. They were only about 5 mins from my house so we quick took a ride over. We were looking at a 2006 Honda Civic. Wow! What a selection of cars. The price was a little to high for what I wanted to spend on a first car for my daughter. We continued to look but couldn't make up our mind on anything. I continued to look on their website during the following week. I saw a couple of Toyota Corollas and went over and checked them out. I was not pressured by anyone on either of my visits. The 2nd Corolla I looked at, a 2003 with 115k miles, caught my attention. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. My daughter was really going to be suprised for it was to be her b-day present. Needless to say she absolutely loves it! Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and professional. They seemed to want to bend over backwards to help you. There was never any hassling or harassing like at some dealers. They showed you to the cars you were looking for and basically let you be. It was a great experience for myself and my daughter. I will definitely come back and also recommend Auto Direct Cars to my family and friends. Thanks again for making it a special b-day for her . I just bought a used toyota tundra from these guys. They were extremely proffesional and helpful with everything I needed. I have been to many local used car dealerships over the last several months, since I had some time to make a decision I wanted to choose the best car I could find in my price range. After visiting Auto Direct and then shopping around I realized that no one out there beat Auto Direct in these areas: The selection of cars is amazing, there were several that fit my budget that I had to choose from. There was absolutely no salesman pressure! They were there and helped when they were asked, but they allowed me the time to wander the lot which was a welcome relief compared to other places I had been!. And most importantly, once you know what you want, Chad leads you through EVERY step. He advised me on some issues where I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. I was never told what I needed to do, I was told to let them know what I needed and they made sure it got done! When I picked my car up a couple little issues were attended to promptly and with great care by Bob. I feel confident that I can go back to Chad or Bob with any last question or issue that may arise and I will be met with the same great service and quality care! A friend who was with me when I picked up my car was so impressed he is already planning on contacting Chad soon for a truck! Wonderful experience! The customer service at Auto Direct is superb. We were looking for a minivan in a certain price range and they only showed us minivans in our price range. We arrived at Auto direct cars in midst of a snow storm. There were so many vehicles on the lot that at first I thought we had the wrong place. After asking us if we needed any help he offered to get us the keys to the two cars we had narrowed our search down to.
