I drove down from Clinton, UT to look at a Toyota Tundra I saw on the dealership website. I brought my Toyota Tacoma which I was going to trade in as long as I found the right truck. I got there and met the I saw on the dealership website. I brought my Toyota Tacoma which I was going to trade in as long as I found the right truck. I got there and met the salesman I had talked to on the phone. First thing I noticed was the dealership was amazing looking inside. Anyway the salesman grabbed the keys and told me to take as long as I wanted to go test drive the Tundra while they looked at my Tacoma. The Tundra was awesome. I came back and got very close to what I was hoping for on my truck. We had no problems coming to a price agreement on the Tundra. Went over extra preventative maintenance and warranty items, got financed, signed the papers and had a new 2013 Toyota Tundra. I did not feel any pressure from anybody in there and this whole process was very stress free. One huge relief I have is that the truck has a lift and new tires and wheels which were all put on by the dealership. This truck is also a "Toyota Certified Used" truck. My Tacoma was also "Toyota Certified Used". My Tacoma was a 2007 and I traded it in here in 2014. I can say I never had one problem with it at all, but it is such a relief knowing you have a "Toyota Certified Used" vehicle. I am a very happy customer. More

That was the first time I have worked with a car salesman and not felt patronized as a woman. I appreciated Bob and his approach. I will feel comfortable bringing my car there for service even after the tw and not felt patronized as a woman. I appreciated Bob and his approach. Shane & bob were fantastic! They were not pushy and very friendly. Only problem was we had to wait for two other costomers to go through the finance dept which took over an hour. THEN we were pitch and very friendly. Only problem was we had to wait for two other costomers to go through the finance dept which took over an hour. THEN we were pitched on a protection package and an additional warranty for another hour. Why could we not have been discussing this firing our wait? Overall, good car, good price, good service, process took too long! More
