Every employee I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable, and courtesy. I was dreading the car purchasing process but after my experience at Dick Brooks, I will never again "dread it." Thank you for making my car purchase a fun one!! The only one concern I would point out is that on Saturday, June 6, the manager on duty was rude to another employee in front of me. I felt that he was unprofessional and it was not called for in my presence. I felt bad for the employee who was working with me at the time (showing me the features of my new car and assisting me with my settings). She was doing an excellent job but it definitely impacted her once he made the short and rude comment to her - not once but two different times during our feature presentation. I only say this to remind you that customers are watching at all times and the way employees treat each other - in particular, the way upper management treats their employees. Even if employee correction needs to be made, please don't do it in front of your customers. More
