A bit of a slow start as my scheduled test drive appointment was not ready but it was raining. However, the day got better as Gregg got us in the right hands with our favorite sales lady, Sharon Gr appointment was not ready but it was raining. However, the day got better as Gregg got us in the right hands with our favorite sales lady, Sharon Grillo's replacement, Derek. Derek took great care of us and the sales team agreed to our terms and I drove home with our 5th car from Dick Brooks. Kudos to Dennis for helping to get the deal done and the talk afterwards. I drive them until they die but I'll always come back to Dick Brooks. I even got to enjoy part of the Georgia-Tennessee football game with a few sales associates who had no customers on a rainy Saturday. Even they were nice when instead they could have been upset about the lack of customers. More

He made sure we received the exact vehicle (he secured a unique color that was in high demand, sonic gray pearl) we wanted along with a number of accessories. Everything we asked for was perfectly executed and delivered. The timing was perfect as well as the delivery and every aspect of the vehicle itself. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I enjoyed various types of communication with Chris: texting, email, and phone call and in person. I needed information and I needed it fast. He provided it. This was a big purchase so we required every aspect of this deal to be a 10/10 and he delivered. More
