They always kept me in the loop with my purchase as I had come from Canada to buy the golfTDI. They got a sunroof installed so I didn't have to do it later. They picked me up at the airport and were friendly and very open. I found the people at Paramount to be very nice and the best. If anybody was thinking about buying a Volkswagon, Paramount Volkswagon in North Carolina is the place to buy. The salespeople are very helpful and had time for any question. As a woman, shoping for a new vehicle can be somewhat intimidating at the least and very aggrevating at the worse. I spent three months researching and determining the car I wanted to purchase. I visited several dealerships in the Charlotte/Hickory NC area test driving just about every model available. I finally decided that the Volvo C70 was a car that I was very interested in purchasing, but I dreaded another trip to a dealership for a test drive and to try and negotiate a price that was acceptable. When I arrived at the Parmount Volvo Dealership in Hickory, North Carolina it became apparent, from the start, that this was going to be a very different car buying experience. I never once felt that I was being talked down to or was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. The Paramount Volvo team was extremely professional and helpful. I say team, because while I was there, I had interaction with several members of the team and all gave me the impression that they were interested in what I wanted and not just the sale. When it came time to negotiate, I didn't have to play any games to get a fair price and good terms. I told Caleb what I needed to have to make the deal happen and he came back with a better deal than I had anticipated! I think the negotiation took a total of ten minutes. What a great experience. I would not hesistate to recommend this dealership. More
