I have been buying Toyota Camrys from Oak Lawn Toyota since 1995. I just bought #8, a 2013 Camry, from Bob Spee - I have bought all my Camrys from Bob. I have bought my last 4 cars from Oak Lawn Toyota and Bob Spee. Bob listens to what I want and the reasons why. My Dodge Caliber wasn't cutting it any more so I decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immedia decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immediately greeted by Bob Spee. After a sit down in his office it was out to lot where he showed us nearly every Rav4 they had and explained in detail the differences in each one. It wasn't long before we found the one we wanted and took it for a test drive. After some none pressure haggling we decided to purchase at a price we liked. Bob was incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted. Which, on a Friday, after closing time says a lot about his professionalism and character. After a week of owning the Rav4 I am more than happy with the purchase and extremely thankful that we had the fortune of having Bob Spee as a sales associate. Anyone in the market for a new.........go to Oak Lawn Toyota and ask for Bob. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!! More

Oak Lawn Toyota is fabulous! As I shopped for a new car, I visited a lot of dealerships for over two months. Oak Lawn Toyota had the best employees - and the best product! - of any place I visited. Jason Stoit was my salesman, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The first time I went to the dealership, he spent about three hours with me as I test drove cars. He patiently explained the features of the cars, and he gave me printouts of the specifications and prices for all the cars I was interested in (something no other dealer I visited did!). After two more visits back to Oak Lawn Toyota, I bought a 2013 Camry. Before I left with my new car, Jason spent so much time showing me how everything works. I highly recommend Jason. He's a great guy, and he made buying a car a fun experience! I was also impressed by the kindness and honesty of everyone else I met at Oak Lawn Toyota, including Bob Spee (salesman), new car manager Mark Girlich, and finance manager Dave Capelle. Dave made the whole finance process so easy and efficient. This is a small, family-owned business, and you can tell. Everyone there seems to love what they do, and they care about making the customers happy. More

Reason I purchased from Oak Lawn was the friendly atmosphere when I walked into the dealership and met Bob Spee. He was professional in sitting down, and working out a deal that was fair to both of us, and walked me through the process of locating the 2013 Venza that I requested. He had great follow up skills in getting back to me to work out the final purchase. I have purchased 2 Lexus's, and 2 Toyota's from Orland in the past, but Bob Spee is the best salesman I have encountered in my previous purchases of the Toyota brand. He took the most time of any salesman in explaining the operation of the new car, and walked me through some of the fine workings of the Venza.
