All I have to say is that this experience was beyond incredible. Bob was extremely honest, caring, and full of information. My Dodge Caliber wasn't cutting it any more so I decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immedia decided to check out the car I had previously owned.....the Rav4. We unknowingly arrived at the dealership just before closing time and were immediately greeted by Bob Spee. After a sit down in his office it was out to lot where he showed us nearly every Rav4 they had and explained in detail the differences in each one. It wasn't long before we found the one we wanted and took it for a test drive. After some none pressure haggling we decided to purchase at a price we liked. Bob was incredibly friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted. Which, on a Friday, after closing time says a lot about his professionalism and character. After a week of owning the Rav4 I am more than happy with the purchase and extremely thankful that we had the fortune of having Bob Spee as a sales associate.
