I purchased a Corolla back in 2001 from Oak Lawn but my experience on 12/26/13 was the best ever!! Bob Spee was absolutely wonderful. I started my process online with an application. He truly does love what he does and will take his time to share his knowledge. Bob was genuinely interested in providing me and my family with an experience of a lifetime and boy did he! Bob made my experience a smooth one. He wanted me to know that any need I have come to him first. Then he took me to Dave - once again another great experience! Bob even set up my iPhone as he showed me some of the great features to my new car. The very next day I got a call from Bob checking to see how we were enjoying our new car. OMG! I have purchased cars from Oak Lawn Toyota and have had excellent service from the sales department and especially from the service department. All I have to say is that this experience was beyond incredible. Bob was extremely honest, caring, and full of information.
