Fast and courteous service, as always. Wait time was typical for services done. Cost effective when compared to drive-thru service center, but you get factory trained folks with the right parts, fluids typical for services done. We were ready to upgrade my husband's Subaru and he met Bob during a service visit. Bob allowed us to sit in some cars to get a feel of what we may want. We decided to visit other dealerships to do our good diligence - because let's face it, you want to be sure you are getting a good deal. After only a few hours at other dealerships, we knew purchasing an Outback from Bob would be the right choice. Bob was friendly, not pushy and had our best interest in mind from the first interaction. Least stressful car purchase ever. Glad to now be a part of the North End family. More
