Thank goodness Bob Warner, the salesman, was also an early “bird’. We explained what we were looking for, the safety package we desired and our purchase amount limitations. Bob was very informative and took the time to shows us several ES 350’s they had on the lot. We took one of the demo’s they had for a good test drive and we decided that was what we wanted. Bob and the Lexus Busiess Manager, Rich Mahoney, were professional, explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions and helped us get the car we wanted. We were treated like VIP’s and the entire transaction was pleasant. We drove away with our new car that morning. More

Great Bob was great! We never felt pressured and Bob showed us all the current options for the car we were looking for. We looked at a lot of cars and he Bob was great! We weren't sure we were ready and he told us to think about it, which we did. After a few days he checked in with us and we did end up buying the car. This was a much different experience than going to other dealers. More

Dannie Parker was extremely helpful in teaching me all of the technological features of the car, and made the process more enjoyable with his enthusiasm and patience (and a really good sense of humor!) I have worked with P.J. Krauss many times over the past several years, and he is one of the reasons that I continue to return to Hennessy Lexus. He is always helpful whenever I call and then goes the extra mile when my car needs service. He is one of the most pleasant and dependable people I have ever encountered in a Service Department.
