I have been in contact with Brandon for almost a year, on and off, discussing a new vehicle. Not only was I provided with honest and blunt answers to my questions, but I was given advice that may have been at the detriment of Mr. Giganti only to benefit the buyer, myself, in this situation. I have nothing but positive things to say about, not only Brandon, but the dealership as a whole. I bought a 2018 Nissan Murano for $30,000 from West County BMW this year. I also purchased all of the extended warranties that were offered including the Cilajet service to protect my vehicle from any County BMW this year. I also purchased all of the extended warranties that were offered including the Cilajet service to protect my vehicle from any damages. I have attempted to contact Bob on several occasions to have warranty work done ( the vehicle is actually under the original factory warranty). I was told by the service dept. that they don’t work on my car. Bob told me the exact opposite while selling me the warranties. Now he will NOT take the time to return my call so we can discuss this. To say I’m disappointed is quite an understatement. I would have expected more from this dealership. Perhaps it’s because I didn’t purchase a BMW!!!??? More
