Jhonny was excellent to work with. During the odd time of COVID - we worked with him remotely from Illinois all via text message. Bob was great as well with my paperwork and even sent them via overnight mail so I could get them signed ahead of the pick up. At pick up - the car was spotless and Jhonny was waiting for us with a BOW on the vehicle, waters on the hot day and a new BMW coffee mug. He then spent the time to show us how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable on BMW and offered excellent details. We drove 2.5 hours to buy from Jhonny and bypassed 3 local BMW dealers in Illinois! We will definitely be back for our next car!!!
