Great Purchase Experience I had the good fortune of dealing with Veronica Tran in the purchase of a certified pre-owned 435 convertible. The process occurred over 3 weeks as I I had the good fortune of dealing with Veronica Tran in the purchase of a certified pre-owned 435 convertible. The process occurred over 3 weeks as I was looking at other cars and preferred to buy closer to home (Chicago). Veronica was patient but stayed in touch during this period and ultimately I decided to make the trip to St. Louis. Veronica made the extra effort of picking me up at my downtown hotel and driving me the 20+ miles to the dealership so I didn't have to take a long taxi ride. She was then very patient and helpful as a couple of unforeseen issues with the car were satisfactorily handled. Her coordination on these issues was excellent as were the efforts of the others involved; the detailing gentleman and the service department. After a quick and easy closing process with Bob Whay and then a run through with the BMW Genius staff (also very nice), Veronica presented the car with a giant red bow and a gift of chocolates. Truly a wonderful car-buying experience. Thanks Veronica and BMW of West St. Louis! More

Buy your car literally anywhere else for a better experience Bought a used Corvette from this dealership several months ago. Although the buying experience went well, everything else has been a nightmare. I ended up taking the car to get inspected by a different dealership and it revealed the shocks were completely shot, a leak in the power steering system, and a bad differential. You would expect a "certified" pre-owned vehicle to actually be inspected before they tried selling it but who know what actually goes on in their service department. Besides the mechanical issues I have also had an awful time trying to get the car registered in my state. They told me they would take care of it a month ago and I still haven't heard anything back from them, even with me calling every day. You have to wonder how they are still in business with their customer service being as bad as it is. Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from literally anywhere else but here. More
