No place to wait, no transportation offered, no public transit nearby. Very inconvenient. I did appreciate the fact that the service writer anticipated scheduling snafus and pre-scheduled a follow-up a transit nearby. Very inconvenient. I did appreciate the fact that the service writer anticipated scheduling snafus and pre-scheduled a follow-up appointment for me to have a warranty issue resolved for which parts had to be ordered. I've been a customer for 25+ years (I moved an hour away for Stamford over 20 years ago but still travel to Stamford Ford for all my car buying and service needs. This is the best dealership I've ever been to! I'm on my 5th car lease all with Barry Pasqualini who is absolutely fantastic.
