The location is a relatively smaller dealership and the parking lot needs resurfaced and to at least have the parking lines freshly painted. In light of that, the people were incredible. I was only there with a family member who was purchasing a 2023 Nissan Rogue and as a bystander, the experience was incredible. We were immediately greeted by Bobby who had a genuine smile, attitude and great handshake. We told him we were there to meet with Krystal and he directed us to her. Krystal was full of energy and made the process seamless for my family member who purchased a new vehicle. She made the experience a memorable one. She took the time to get to know us and engage in thoughtful and friendly conversation. It was quite comforting for being at a dealership. Also, Kamal in finance was spot-on! He also had this really friendly smile, informed us of everything we needed to know, and made the financial portion easy for my family member making the purchase. I was very satisfied with this place and I didn't even buy a car or use their service. More
