Did not get car initially agreed upon. Wanted red or smoke, but ended up with gun metal grey. My salesman Max was off when I came to secure deal. Another salesman who was there, showed me Wanted red or smoke, but ended up with gun metal grey. My salesman Max was off when I came to secure deal. Another salesman who was there, showed me a car on lot that would be the color (red) of car I would get. I was told a guy was returning from New York with the car. The next day I came to secure the deal and to my dismay, the car was grey instead of red. After discussing what happened with Max… was told other salesman was misinformed. I agreed to accept the grey car after seeing it up close… happy, but not totally. Gave Max five stars b/c he assured me it was an honest mistake, he’s a good salesman. More
