Don’t even know who is Johnny. Never saw him, spoke to him, or met him. Came in to buy out my lease on 1/9/2023. Lease maturity date was 1/15/2023. Once I decided to not finance an Never saw him, spoke to him, or met him. Came in to buy out my lease on 1/9/2023. Lease maturity date was 1/15/2023. Once I decided to not finance and pay for the car in full was asked to come back 2/2/2023, because “we only buy out a lease the first week of the month”. Really? Then why was I told to come in 1/9, which is the 2nd week of the month. Then was told Nissan will send a letter when title work is done. If I wanted the title to go to the BMV and pay for one. Again really? I can do nothing at the BMV unless I have the title and bill of sale and Nissan confirmed. They amount of stories I was given can fill a mother goose children’s book.I would never return to this dealership More
