The entire customer service experience was honestly very enjoyable (except for the holiday traffic on Rte 114). She informed the vehicle I was interested in was still available and she immediately transferred me to sales manager Corey Upton. Corey invited me down and introduced me to my salesperson, Kevin Fitzpatrick. I have leased or purchased approximately 15 cars over the years and I can honestly say that Kevin was the most genuine auto dealer I have ever the pleasure of meeting. He took the time to answer all my questions, sat in traffic with me very patiently as we battled holiday traffic and never pressured me throughout the sales process. His professionalism, along with that of sales manager Corey Upton and business manager Bobby Haddad, made the entire process very rewarding. I left the dealership feeling very good about not only the deal I received, but just as importantly, the way I was treated. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

He did not pass us on to another employee....Greg was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and recommending a solution. Due to the service provided by Greg Oliver, we made a decision to return and purchase a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu. Our sales person, Clinton Gerrish, manager Corey Upton and finance department manager, Bobby Haddad made it a most positive experience in every way. A few weekends ago my girlfriend and I were driving around when a particular used car in the Herb Chambers Chevy of Danvers lot caught our eye. Sales consultant Greg, who was immediately very friendly and knowledgable suggested the Chevy Equinox might be a better fit for my constant business traveling and cargo needs. This past weekend we came in for a test drive not expecting to purchase a new car that day but we did because of the great offer on my trade in, the wonderful price on a beautiful 2014 car and the personalities we interfaced with (namely Greg and Corey). They were really wonderful, I never once felt like I was being sold or pressure. It was casual, friendly, and I walked away feeling great about the entire experience (one that I have already told many of my close friends about). Greg is a shining star in the Herb Chambers group. The only downside to signing papers and driving away is that I don't get to hang out with him next weekend. Corey was kind and accommodating, understanding my situation and my need have the car on the road almost immediately. The business manager Bobby was also a great help in the process. I needed my car delivered within a day for a business trip and they were able to make that happen. From getting the lojack and other options installed, to sending a runner to my town hall to register the car, they went above and beyond the call of duty and I won't forget that. More

Went back about a week after I picked up the car, the bluetooth system and I were not on the best of terms, so I popped into the dealership. Thankfully, Bobby Haddad was available and knew exactly what the issue was. I now love the car even more. More
