Bob was EXCELLENT! ! He scores a 6 out of 5 STARS!! We connected on the phone as I am out of state; initially I was hesitant to do business this way but Bob put me at ea ! Bob went above and beyond to help me by sending videos, using FT to walk around the vehicle and "held my hand" through the entire process. The Beaver Dealership was also great and it is obvious that a sale is good but maintaining a great reputation is the main objective. Mr. Harvey truly lives up to his brand, "Bob's Gotcha Covered". Hands down the best dealership in town!
