Even though my 'scheduled appointment' was just to have a new tire put on the car, I was quite disappointed that I had to wait 2 hrs. for this simple job despite having an appointment. Seems like scheduling it was useless even though it was on a Saturday. My car has always been serviced by the Honda dealer I purchased it from and will continue to rely on the experts! Many thanks!
