Bobby Howard promised my car by 5pm and then he left without telling me so I had to find out who was in charge of my car. Af 5pm I finally located the person that was put in charge of my car and they sa without telling me so I had to find out who was in charge of my car. Af 5pm I finally located the person that was put in charge of my car and they said it was not ready and would be another 35 minutes. My had been towed to the dealership the day before and arrived around 2:30. After I sat there for about 2 hours Bobby told me they had not looked at my car and if they did they wouldn’t have time to fix it. I had to rent a car to get home. I think over a day and a half is way too long to repair a starter on a car. More

This is more of a Honda Corporate issue, but the dealerships can push upward for change. I have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline that has an open recall for a bed cover. The truck has never had one on or is g dealerships can push upward for change. I have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline that has an open recall for a bed cover. The truck has never had one on or is going to have one as long as I own it. I’ve been told by the dealership that this recall can not be closed due to the fact that someday someone else might own this truck. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out. Put a side note on all bedcovers made by Honda that a part needs to be changed out before an install. I know this is picky, but I’m tired of being told I have an open recall. Honda Corporate figured it out!!!!!! More

I took my car in because there was a low pressure light on. You all checked the tire and determined that nothing needed to be done even though there was a small nail in the tire. The service rep which help on. You all checked the tire and determined that nothing needed to be done even though there was a small nail in the tire. The service rep which helped was very friendly and helpful. he even walked out to my car to make sure the sensor was reset. More
