When I first pulled it up, it took time before I was addressed, so much so that I was about to drive off. I'm glad I didn't. Bobby Howard approached me and apologized that someone hadn't addressed me earlier and I ended up having one of the quickest visits ever getting a vehicle serviced. The ONLY dealership where I felt listened to and valued: Honda of the Avenues. They got my business, and I have had all service and maintenance work done on site as I trust them, their training, and their communication skills! No surprises, and always an intelligent, thoughtful service representative to deal with. Bobby Howard in service is fantastic, and when I drive up into the service bay and see my name on the digital screen above me I know I am expected and my time (and money) will not be wasted. We just bought our daughter a new Fit at Honda of the Avenues and are thrilled with it. Highly recommended! More
