Oil Change and Recall Inquiry I went in with no appointment for oil change plus inquired about some recall repairs. Bobby Howard was completely upfront about they were too busy th I went in with no appointment for oil change plus inquired about some recall repairs. Bobby Howard was completely upfront about they were too busy that particular day to do the recall repair without an appointment which I completely understood. I aggreed to do that at a future date. He also was honest that the oil change line would take longer than normal, but I was okay with that since I was already there. While it did take even longer than he estimated, I was glad he was as upfront as possible so I was prepared for the longer time than normal, so I don't hold that against them. I prefer theme being honest and upfront over just telling me what I want to hear and then disappointment. I definitely prefer this dealer over another local one north of this location! More

Typical good service We go to Honda of the Avenues for our CR-V's service. Our latest visit was for an airbag recall. We have always been pleased with the service and work. The only complaint is that they usually wash the car for us. This time I was told this service was unavailable. Hmm, funny that when I picked up the car, I saw cars being washed. A small thing compared to the good service we usually receive, but my car really needed a bath! Next time, I hope. More

Service and warranty Overall they are ok, like other dealers. Mike was nice, he is always to the point. I feel Bobby treats me like a baby. I had a warranty issue with my car seat, I called many a times and got no response from Bill, the call always goto VM. I complained to Honda then Terry called me. Terry was nice and responded all my calls. The courtesy inspection is funny, first they said my back tires rotting, I went within few days for a different work they said tires are good. More

My experience at this Honda Service Center was a nightmare. They were only concerned with protecting their own assets and not the safety of their drivers. I am appalled at not only the integrity, or nightmare. They were only concerned with protecting their own assets and not the safety of their drivers. I am appalled at not only the integrity, or lack there of, of this Honda Service Center. but of Honda America. I think it's safe to say that I will never be returning, and I urge you to reconsider if your deciding on taking your car to be serviced here. More

Bobby Howard is a terrible communicator. I stopped going to Honda on Atlantic Blvd. because he tried to rip me off. I recently went to have my car serviced at the Avenues location and waited 4 hours to find to Honda on Atlantic Blvd. because he tried to rip me off. I recently went to have my car serviced at the Avenues location and waited 4 hours to find out nothing had been done to my car, apparently he told the service personell that I would not be waiting at the dealership so they didn't make my service a priority. Because he is now at the Avenues location, I guess I will be returning to the Honda on Atlantic. More
