Emergency Appt, Great Service Our battery indicator turned on while on our way somewhere on a Friday evening. We called Honda to make an appointment and as soon as we told them wh Our battery indicator turned on while on our way somewhere on a Friday evening. We called Honda to make an appointment and as soon as we told them what the problem was they told us to come in right away. It is a good thing they told us to because when we were just a few miles away, the whole car started shutting down - the power windows/locks, the A/C and then finally the whole dash went black. We made it in and they took a look right away so that they could contact our CarMax warranty (they knew they would be closed over the weekend) to see how much they would cover. Thank goodness they knew about that as well. We were in such great hands and the very next day our car was good as knew and back on the road again. We are so grateful they took such good care of us in our time of need! We have been there several times for maintenance/service and have always had a great experience. We highly recommend this service center! More

A/C Problem We have a Odyssey with 43,000 miles on it when the A/C suddenly stopped working. I was out of town and took it to another dealer, who was awful and t We have a Odyssey with 43,000 miles on it when the A/C suddenly stopped working. I was out of town and took it to another dealer, who was awful and told us that we had to replace all the wiring. Bobby took the initiative and got us a loaner car and chased down the problem to a bad connection and had us back on our way. He was awesome. More

AC Check I brought my Accord in for an AC check. The diagnosis was low Freon and the Blend Door(never heard of it before LOL) was jammed. Nonetheless, all is I brought my Accord in for an AC check. A Positive Experience Service-while-you-wait worked very well for me. The facility was pleasant and comfortable. The time required was actually shorter than I expected. Bobby Howard explained the new Honda servicing schedule that is not based on mileage since the car tells you what it needs and when it needs it. It works for me. More

Bobby Howard is Awesome!! I came in for an oil change and Bobby Howard informed me of a concerned the service technicians had regarding my vehicle. I took the information he ga I came in for an oil change and Bobby Howard informed me of a concerned the service technicians had regarding my vehicle. I took the information he gave me and thought about it over the weekend, I went back first thing Monday morning to have my Accord looked at further. I have to say that Bobby went above and beyond my expectations on both visits. He is a huge asset to the service department and surpassed my expectations. I will definitely continue to come back as long as he is there. More

He greeted me with such an upbeat attitude, he immediately brought a smile to my face:) I also needed a tire rotation and when I told him I wasn't able to make it this past Wednesday for Ladies Day (which I only recently learned about) and that I was headed out of town after, he gave me a GREAT deal on my rotation.
