Truly impressed I bought my vehicle from this dealership along with the maintence plan. From the beginning to the end of leaving my car for an oil change, the gentleman in the service department truly impressed me. He went above and beyond and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. There was an issue when my vehicle was ready where I was charged for service which should of actually been covered under my plan. With extreme apology, it was remedied an I never felt like I was being "taken to the cleaners". I definitely recommend Honda at the Avenues service department. More

Took my 2010 Accord in for 48,000 mi check-up. My car passed w/Flying Colors. They washed my car and all the nasty pollen was gone YAY! Their only recommendation, based on the review, was a need for new wiper blades. I totally agreed and they were installed. The new Shuttle Driver, Gary, was terrific & helped me out by taking back home and picking me up so that tasks at home could be handled while the car was being assessed. When I checked out, they advised me of the next 3 recommended visits and the associated costs. It's so good to be prepared for expenses relating to our vehicles. Bobby Howard was my Service Advisor and I think he will be a great replacement for Mike Morse who handled my servicing for a few years, before he left this dealership. I'm totally SOLD on Honda of the Avenues. More

Never been happier I have truly never been happier with a dealer. I leased my car without having to haggle. Coming in for service is always a good experience. They keep you updated when necessary, and there are many seating option in the waiting area along with free coffee and often bakery items. I usually bring work with me and sit at one of their customer desks. I'll be a continuing customer for sure. More

Oil Change I went in for my scheduled oil change, used the express service lane, and was out in an hour. I have purchased 4 vehicles since 2006 (two new Accords I went in for my scheduled oil change, used the express service lane, and was out in an hour.
