I was glad I found Bobby Howard at Honda of the Avenues when I moved back to Jacksonville a few years ago. I have purchased most of my Hondas new and have usually had them serviced at Honda dealerships for when I moved back to Jacksonville a few years ago. Rarely have I encountered a Service Advisor with the combined technical knowledge, relatable personality and the overall reliability of just always being there - I know whenever I call Bobby with an issue with my car he's going to help me get it fixed in short order and I always enjoy our conversation when I see him. Bobby Howard is an asset to the Honda at the Avenues dealership. He is kind, professional & understanding of his customers & helped to make my experience with them a pleasure. While I was waiting on my dealership. He is kind, professional & understanding of his customers & helped to make my experience with them a pleasure. While I was waiting on my CR-V he came by to say he was leaving, I think for his lunch break & that a man named John would let me know when the CR-V was ready. He did & was very nice & when I went to pay he said the was no charge. I said but y'all ran the testing on the CR-V which was a good bit , but he said we found nothing & didn't do any repairs so there is no charge. I imagine this dealership will now be my place to go for service. It about 3 miles from my home & Coggin Honda on Atlantic, where I bought my vehicle, is across town. More
