But from the moment we walked into this dealership I could feel the difference. Everyone was friendly and welcoming but not overpowering. Our salesperson, Kari Rojas actually listened. So unlike other salesersons we have encountered. She was knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. She found us the perfect vehicle!! She provided the customer experience most people only dream of!! She has spoiled us for any other car salesperson. All the people we dealt with were so helpful. They are all a credit to Kisselback. Bobby Kisselback and several of his staff came out to welcome us to the family when we were leaving with our purchase. Kari sat with us and went over all the features. She made it clear she would always be available in the future. We have purchased vehicles in the past but no other dealer has ever impressed us like this one!! I ran into snags with my insurance and bank but they stayed open and always polite and patient so that I could get my car home that day. I have never bought a new car before but they were the part of the experience that made it enjoyable. They showed me how to hook up my phone, how to use emergency features and even gave me a complimentary bucket of cleaning supplies! Kari was fantastic and I loved her help and suggestions that got me my new car after the loss of my old one. I couldn’t be more happy with this dealership and couldn’t recommend them enough! More

We looked at a couple options, she even brought two other vehicle options to consider. There was absolutely No Pressure! We made our decision, a 2018 Transit Connect XLT! Everyone at Kisselback Ford "thanked us" for the purchase, gave us "cleaning supplies" to maintain our new Transit! Best Salesperson Rodney Cruz is an excellent sales person. Sincere, helpful and friendly. Then when I was disappoint in a detail Rodney went above and beyond. Coming to get my car and having no one to do the detail he did it himself and it looked a 100 times better than the detailers did and returned it to me for inspection. I have been a fan of Kisselback Ford since it began - but now..... I think it is the best dealership in the world. Staff is so incredibly wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in all ways you could imagine. Thank you Rodney for making the purchase of my first new car even more special.
