To be honest this is the second Toyota dealership we went to. Unfortunately, weren't able to close a deal with the first. Mr. Quintanilla assisted us in every way both beneficial to our needs. And of course, Sherri Pacchiano, Ms. Pacchiano sealed the final stages with enthusiasm. Before we walked out her office, she asked where are going to have our services done, I can now firmly say with a definitive "YES TOYOTA NAPERVILLE" is the only way to go! Also, the aftermarket service, Vinnie Mannella and James Zidlicky who assisted with the aftermarket install. In closing, we are very pleased to have met these wonderful people.
