The test track was a neat way to test drive our RAV4 and allowed us to focus on the vehicle itself instead of dealing with general public drivers all around. We test drove two vehicles and the total process took around 4 hours. Additional services and warranties were offered to us but we did not feel pushed to agree to any of them. We felt in control of our decision making process and are very happy. More

Made an appointment to see a specific car, was told it was there. Great. Arrive, the car isn't there and hasn't been there in over a day. Cool. Wind up with a lower trim level than I wanted. Was told they was there. Great. Arrive, the car isn't there and hasn't been there in over a day. Cool. Wind up with a lower trim level than I wanted. Was told they would put gas in the car, nope, was given to me on empty. Love that for me. The car smelled like cigarettes, they bombed it (thanks), but I didn't think the cabin air filter was changed because the smell comes back any time the climate control comes on. Open that up to change it, they installed the cabin air filter upside down... Icing on the cake, it's a 2025 and the infotainment screen periodically decides to shut off, requiring me to put the car in park, turn it off, and turn it back on in order to get it working again. This leaves much to be desired. More

Found a car online but had to drive quite a distance. The sales manager agreed to hold with a deposit. I was slightly disappointed to hear he was off work upon arrival. He failed to mention that after asking when I would be coming the day prior. Turned out to be a blessing Nadeem Mirza was whom greeted and helped finalize the deal. He was very thorough & went over all the options on the car. He also assisted me in setting up the programs. I honestly don’t think that would have been the case if we had the sales manager. Point being he couldn’t even mention he wouldn’t be working & that I would still be taken care of. The finance guy was really nice but I waited almost 2 hours to pay for the car. Not completely his fault apparently they usually have 6 on staff but it was only him until after 1:00. I was going to wire money but made sure I had cash because the sales manager said wire transfers can take 2 hours or many more. So I figured having cash would expedite that. Not so much. Next day realized I wasn’t given a paid in full receipt nor did I get an owners manual with the car. Called the next morning and was promptly emailed the bill of sale & receipt showing cash was paid for car along with cc payment. Said they would be mailing me the owners manual. So I guess we will see if it shows up. Overall I like the car and was fairly easy smooth process. More

It's a shame, but I had to remove my initial review which was positive, to negative. My car was in a minor accident the day after I purchased it (from Toyota of Naperville). UGH. I was hit by a car that ha was positive, to negative. My car was in a minor accident the day after I purchased it (from Toyota of Naperville). UGH. I was hit by a car that had hit another car and slid into my front bumper. Damage was fixed, etc. My Corolla is a fantastic car, BUT something is wrong with the AC. I was honest and told Toyota of Naperville about the accident, when I brought the car in due to the AC issue. Let me point out the elephant in the room. The car was under FULL warranty (it's a 2025) and I bought an extended warranty, too. Warranties are NOT voided due to an accident. They're voided for other issues, but NOT an accident, especially like the bumper damage to the car. Because if that was the case, then what's the point of a warranty? If this is the case, then Toyota doesn't stand up for its product. The dealership looked at the car, found the AC didn't have any gas, charged it, and said it was fixed. They didn't check anything else with the car AC. There is more to this issue and I'll post it moving forward. I'll provide an email if anyone wants to know the entire issue. More

My experience at this dealership has been the best by far! First, I called to confirm the vehicle I wanted to look at was still available since I’d be driving 1.5 hours to see it. Everyone was upfront, honest and transparent-I had thought that I decided on a truck, but then Mike told me that he did not want to sell it until I took a good look and dove into the features. Honestly, it kinda felt like an upsell at the time, but there was no pressure, so I went with his presentation. In the end, I HAPPILY bought a higher end model-and Sandra the sales manager was able to work a little with us as it was more than was budgeted. At the end of the day, I would 100% buy a car from them again! Thank you More
