I purchased a vehicle about a year and a half ago from Classic Chevrolet. At the time, I also purchased a warranty service they offer, the Platinum Package, which includes paintless dent repair, as well a Classic Chevrolet. I am currently in the process of trying to file a claim for a rock chip repair. The insurance that is listed on the warranty policy is IAS Warranty Inc. When contacting them they do not have my vehicle on file. They search their records via 2 methods, either the last 8 digits of the VIN, or the service contract number. The VIN is stated to be a Kia and is not registered to my name. And the service contract number is not accurate either. I am over a week into this ordeal, each time I call the dealership I have to call at least 6 times to speak to someone in finance if I speak to someone at all. I was promised a call back to ensure the policy was corrected. No phone call was made. No resolution has been found. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. The only helpful people at this dealership have been the front desk workers answering the phone. More
