During the process, I was greeted by Bobby, who is the nicest sales person I have ever met. He is an extremely honest, dedicated, hard-working and conscientious person. I didn't feel any type of pressure to purchase the car. He was awesome when it came to communication. Furthermore, he was kind and really went above and beyond in customer service. And special thanks to Brian Hahs (Business Manager), who is very supportive, welcoming and courteous. Working with Brian was absolutely smooth and pleasurable experience. Incredible experience I was at the end of my lease with my 2012 VW Jetta. I stopped into the used car lot to see if they would buy it outright from VWCredit as opposed to I was at the end of my lease with my 2012 VW Jetta. I stopped into the used car lot to see if they would buy it outright from VWCredit as opposed to me just turning it in and paying the fees associated. Earlier in the evening I stopped down at a different establishment and was appalled at the number they gave me. Their level of service was definitely sub-par. With that, I immediately drove up to Westside and when I got to the lot I walked in and was greeted by Bobby Scala. Very professional and courteous, he sat me down and we discussed what I wanted to do. Once he understood the situation he went to his sales mgr and they talked for a bit. Not more than three minutes later and he came back and stated "we will buy it outright for you today." My jaw literally hit the floor...I couldn't believe what I was hearing. What really stood out to me was one thing Bobby said to me, "...sometimes you just need to do what is right." The way Bobby handled the whole situation was done in a very professional manner. He was great to talk with and ultimately made me feel at ease. I appreciate everything that he and his sales mgr did for me that evening. You guys are really a class act. Thank you again, you made a customer for life. More
