They have an online scheduling system which, apparently never works. When you check to see if you are scheduled they have no record. The phone route. I called and scheduled an oil change/tire rotation. Showed up on appointed date and time and told they had no record of my appointment. Slotted me in and at the conclusion when I got home, saw they forgot to put 2 of the tire stem covers back on. Details? Lastly, for an oil change/tire rotation block at least 2 hours out... slow is an understatement. Lastly, while in the purchasing the vehicle sales and service are chatting, bubbly, etc. After the purchase you are lucky to even get acknowledged and on a good day may get an eye roll and grunt. More

When I arrived I met Bobby Vesper at the door and the Durango was sitting there ready for a test drive. We took it out and when we returned Anthony Pinto had an offer waiting for me. I had sent my information to Jared Singer earlier, who was very quick in responding to my emails. After my trade was appraised and some negotiating we settled on a fair price. I could not be happier with the price I paid or the way they made my wife and I feel (they also really liked our puppy), but most of all I am ecstatic with the truck we bought. More

I originally met with Bob (who was awesome), but due to scheduling differences, I dealt and leased my car with John who was equally awesome! My tags came quickly and John helped with a little issue in regards to my Mopar account which was also super helpful! Anthony helped me with all my needs and made me feel super comfortable without being pushy. That is my favorite thing about this dealership! I will definitely be back. Thanks John! More
