Bobby Waites is my adviser and I trust him like family. If he says I need it, I get it! His concerns for both my cars (CLS 500 and SLK 350) are like they are his own. The facility itself is like driving up to a 5 star hotel where the very polite greeters open your door and usher you into the elegant waiting room. While there you are offered beverages of all kind and televisions situated to view from any area. I could go on and on, but I will not trust my cars with no other facility than Atlanta Classic. And he was never rude to me or questioned what I had to say. The detailing department was also very professional. Never had my car look sogood. So good that I come back with my other cars that aren't Mercedes to get them cleaned. I just wish that hey could service other cars and not just Mercedes.
