Bonnie was friendly and knowledgeable, easily able to answer all of my questions, patiently guiding me through what can be a stressful ordeal, and helping me find a vehicle to fit my lifestyle and finances. After narrowing it down to the Civic, she went over every bell and whistle inside and out, and again, answered all of my questions regarding the conditions of the lease. My experience with the finance department was also top-notch, stress-free and everything was clearly explained. I pulled out of the lot, leaving my junker trade-in behind, deliriously happy with my first NEW car. A family member recommended Bonnie to me, and it turned out to be the best car-buying experience I've ever had, hands-down. In addition to her excellent service, I wanted to note that my interactions with all of the other staff members at Luther Hopkins Honda were quite enjoyable, and the facility itself was clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend! She asked what I had been driving and I explained that I had a black 2017 Honda that I loved and would like to drive that again. She spoke with a manager and found me a deal for a 2017 Honda just like the one I had. She had it brought to the dealership and arranged to give me the same lease price and down payment amount I had before. She was awesome and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to all. More
