The person sated they were new so I gave some latitude, but I had to remain firm on if you estimated the fees as x, then I would ask you live by your estimate as you could not readily explain why the amount was changing. And when it came to offering products that were for things such as service or others, I asked for the price of those if I didn't go with the package and was told that because that department was closed they could not provide the information, this seems very poor when you are trying to provide the customer with the options that may or not make sense to them. The price for PPF for the vehicle amazingly started at a negotiation of $1600 and I quickly said that was very high for just the front nose of the car and it immediately dropped to $900. More
