Our relationship with Boris started early 2023. My wife and I were interested in a new, base model Prius with all-wheel drive. From the start, Boris was so good to work with. He asked insightful questions, listened thoroughly to what we said, and included each of us equally in the process. Because of lingering supply-line issues, a basic Prius was difficult to acquire. We were in no hurry, so we asked Boris to keep an eye out for one and let us know when one became available. For almost a year and a half, Boris patiently and kindly provided periodic updates, letting us know he hadn't forgotten us. At one point, he suggested another Toyota model, in case we couldn't wait or didn't want to wait any longer. He graciously accepted our declination. We decided to end the pursuit of the base Prius. Our current car was fine (an older Prius) and we decided we could make do. Earlier this year, we decided to look for another car. We saw a used Prius Prime at Rudy Luther and made an on-line inquiry. To our pleasant surprise, Boris contacted us. He met with us for a test drive, but we decided not to pursue the vehicle. Boris thanked us for working with him and to remember him for the future. At the end of July, we decided we needed a new car, and contacted Boris first thing. We opened our specifications for a new Prius, and he found exactly what we wanted within a couple days. We are now the ecstatic owners of a 2026 Prius Plug-In Hybrid! We will be forever thankful for Boris' patience, helpfulness, and kindness over the past 2.5 years. It's incredible to us that a sales person was willing to maintain this relationship for so long, all the while being so respectful and friendly. We love the new car, but we cherish the time we spent working with Boris much more. More
