This is the third Toyota that I have purchased from this location. Mr Jacobs understood that I wanted to replace exactly the Highlander Hybrid that I had previously owned. He was able check the incoming v location. Mr Jacobs understood that I wanted to replace exactly the Highlander Hybrid that I had previously owned. He was able check the incoming vehicles and suggest several that matched. The vehicle came in exactly on time. I also brought in a colleague who need a vehicle and choose one similar to mine. Again, Mr. Jacobs found one and this one had recently been released from a previous commitment. My colleague was able to purchase that vehicle the next day with minimal consternation. Mr Burback and Mr Ambrozevich were also very helpful about arranging the financing and paperwork in short order. All is well and we are pleased with vehicles and personal service at this establishment. More
