Almost 2 hours for an oil change and rotation with appt first thing in the am - to long. I also wasn’t told in advance about the cost - expecting the normal $59 but having to pay almost twice that amount first thing in the am - to long. Up front with communication with the customer is key for me and my family. Ever since I purchased a 2013 F150 I have taken it back to Jack Kain for service. In every case it was exactly what I wanted fro me and my family. Ever since I purchased a 2013 F150 I have taken it back to Jack Kain for service. In every case it was exactly what I wanted from the crew that was taking care of my vehicle, and making sure that it was safe for me and my family to drive in. They are in the business to make money, and will charge a fair price, but I have never felt pressured to pay for anything that was not necessary at the time. This attitude of taking care of the customer is why I would recommend to my family and friends to see the service staff at Jake Cain Ford for all of my cars in our family. More

The older gentleman came to my house to complete the software update on my Bronco Sport. I appreciate the at home service that can be done on my car. This is the second time.
