I wanted a new car and thought Brad was so wonderful I went to him and looked at the cars there. He showed me a good selection of cars that I would be interested in and had a variety to choose from to make my decision. I love the fact that he is not a pressure sales person and took his time and was very knowledgeable of Hondas!! I ended up going with the first car he showed me and I am very happy with it!! I have told my family and friends that when they want a car to go see him!! The whole experience was such a different "feel" than other dealerships that I have bought cars from that almost feel like it's a game but NOT with Brad at all!! More

I dreaded the process but guess what? I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour, start to finish! Incredible. The whole atmosphere at IDE Honda is nothing I’ve ever experienced before and having Brad for a salesman has been awesome., he’s straight forward, figures out what you need, gives you a fair deal and you’re out the door. No hassle at all and it doesn’t hurt that’s he’s just a nice guy! IDE says they would love to earn your business and they sure have earned mine. I will be back again for sure! The people at Ide are pretty low-key and do not exert "high pressure" sales techniques which I really appreciate. My experiences here have exceeded expectations every time! More

Mama got a new 2019 Honda CRV from Dick Ide Honda today! I wanted to get an all wheel drive vehicle and now that our family is complete and the kiddos are a bit older (no more stroller yayyy) I didn’t think we needed another Odyssey (Mama wanted something a bit sexier and sportier for the road 😂!) Our sales representative Brad Constantino was amazing to work with as usual! He has been wonderful to work with for many, many years. He listens to our needs, wants (demands 😜) and also our one income budget! This is our 8th vehicle from the Dick Ide Dealership. Purchase in The New Year I purchased a car from here a couple of days past the New Year and I must say it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From th I purchased a car from here a couple of days past the New Year and I must say it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff from reception to sales, were friendly and warm. The Dealership itself was very clean and inviting. My salesman, Brad, was very knowledgeable and unassuming about both myself and the car that I was looking for. I had spent the previous day at 4 or 5 Honda dealerships in Buffalo and was very disappointed. I took a chance after texting with Brad, something most Dealerships do not offer through their websites, but I was glad to see this one did. Once I sat down and made my decision on the car I was sure I wanted, the whole Dealership seemed to go into overdrive. From Finance, to getting my car off the showroom floor, to waxing it I dont think it took more than 3 hours getting me out the door. It usually takes me 3 hours at any other dealership to argue with the salesman about what "I Really Want". I drove over 120 miles there and back and am proud to say the back was in my new Honda Type R. I cant wait to come back at the end of the year, as now my Wife wants the same car. More
