Nightmare! Stay away. They made a mistake processing my deposit payment and now owe me $5,000 to correct their mistake. They said they issued a credit to my cre Stay away. They said they issued a credit to my credit card, but the credit card bank says they have no record of the refund and won't see it for 7-10 business days...if they issued it.! I was also told by their salesman that they pay 8% in credit card fees. THAT WAS A LIE! The GM, Adam Well, had no interest in making things right or concern for the customer, his comment was I get 30 days of float from the credit card company so I shouldn't worry about it. The fact that they tied up my credit and didn't care appears to be how this dealership operates. They give the industry a bad name. More

***ATTENTION BUYERS*** I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was verbally promised a 6.59% interest rate, only to later discover the paperwork had me locked in at 6.99%. my experience at this dealership. I was verbally promised a 6.59% interest rate, only to later discover the paperwork had me locked in at 6.99%. When I returned to point out the issue, management refused to correct it or make it right. That small “oversight” didn't seem like much to him, but over the life of a loan it adds up to hundreds of dollars out of my pocket.This shows a serious lack of transparency and integrity. If a dealership can’t honor the numbers they promise, how can you trust them with anything else? Be very cautious here—always triple-check the fine print, because a handshake and a salesmans word clearly don’t mean much at this place. More
