We had planned to look at the CR-V at Ide and another dealership and also other competeting cars to the CR-V. We never made it anywhere else. Working with Brad Constantino was a true pleasure. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience. My daughter ended up buying a 2017 Honda CR-V EX and is thrilled with it. We will be going back to Ide for our next car purchase and recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

Mark Mccaffery the sales manager is super. He has helped me in the past numerous times, and is always available to assist me. He is very fair. Russ in Service department is one of a kind. He services my vehicles fairly, not forcing me to do unnecessary services. Mike M. in service is also very accommodating, and patient. Mark Frey the service manager has also helped me a great deal in the past, I am confident that I can have him address and issues that arise. Should a problem arise, I know they will go above and beyond. I continue to recommend this dealership to many of my friends and family. I will continue to do so indefinitely. Rich Ide the vice president is also very hands on and shows that he cares. More

Went into IDE Honda on Saturday May 6 to lo Had a very bad experience with Garber Honda and their 'star" internet sales guy. What a rude man he is! Went into IDE Honda on Saturday May 6 to look at the new Honda Civic. Spoke to Brad Constantino. He is a friendly, down to earth salesman that is not the typical salesman. Didn't try to upsell me on anything. he listened to what I wanted, he got me a car to test drive and in less than one hour, I had signed the papers for my new Civic. Ken Neufeglise in Finance was also a great guy and very easy to talk to. I picked the car up Monday May 8. I stopped by a couple of days after I picked up my car to ask Brad something and when I walked in, the receptionist remembered me AND the car I got. Definitely a small town dealership feel in this place. I even emailed Rich Ide about something late one evening and he answered me like 1/2 hour after I emailed him!! Amazing! I highly recommend IDE Honda and Brad Constantino. You will be treated politely and fairly and you will not regret your choice! More

SUV mom chose Odyssey I dreaded it. The minivan. But I am so happy with the 2016 Odyssey. It drives much better than the SUVs I test drove. And I drove a lot. More room, be I dreaded it. The minivan. I made the switch away from SUVs for them. I feel like we can all breathe better because we have room. And I can sleep better knowing I have them in a top rated safety first van. Thank you Brad at IDE Honda. You knew I needed the van and I'm so glad I listened! He doesn't want to SELL you a car. He wants to help you BUY a car. I felt that he truthfully answered all of my questions, and was able to find me the best deal within my budget. Thanks to him I am now driving my very first brand new car. Seamless I met Brad when I went in for my Pilot in 2012. When I wanted a new car again, I called him up, and left him a voicemail telling him what I wanted, wh I met Brad when I went in for my Pilot in 2012. When I wanted a new car again, I called him up, and left him a voicemail telling him what I wanted, what color, what year, and referenced the deal that I wanted, which they were currently promoting. He called me back in less than 15 minutes. I made an appointment to go see him the next day, which was a crazy busy Saturday, end of October busy...spent less than one and a half hour with him and his team, and picked my car up 2 days later. When you work with Ide Honda, you're dealing with people who have been there for 10+ years. I got my first Ide Honda in 2003. I just got my 3rd one from them. They are the best. And the next time I'm ready for a new Honda...I'll be calling in my order just as I did last time. They are family, and will take care of you as one. More
