We can also attest that Ide Honda's customer service is second to none. We have never felt pressured to make a purchase or lease. Brad Constantinople and Roberto Galante have been mindful of our budget and have been a pleasure to work with. The same can be said for the folks in the Service Department. Mark Frey and Jim Milella have been very accommodating and honest in regard to maintaining our vehicles. On occasion, We have taken a car in for a service and was told it wasn't necessary. Our sales representative Brad Constantino was amazing yet again! He has been wonderful to work with for many, many years. He listens to our needs and wants and also our wallet! This is our 6th vehicle from the Dick Ide Dealership. We've had a Civic, Ridgeline, S200, 2 Odysseys and a Pontiac G6. All have been gorgeous and reliable leases. I can't say enough great things about Honda alone. What makes Dick Ide stand out above the rest is price and customer service.
